A loyalty program for your WhatsApp customers: points and tiers redeemed as store credit

With the "Loyalty & rewards" plugin in A3malak, your customer earns points on every paid order and gets their balance on WhatsApp after each one. They move up to Silver and then Gold to earn more, redeem points as store credit with one tap, and your team sees their balance in the chat.

Why a loyalty program?

A customer who bought from you once is easier to sell to than a new one. Points give them a reason to come back, with no new app to install: it all happens in WhatsApp.

Turn on the plugin

In Settings → Plugins → Loyalty & rewards. The plugin is included in Growth, Pro and Enterprise, and on Basic you add it as a monthly add-on (see Pricing).

How customers earn points

You set the rules, for example:

• "Points per SAR": one point per riyal of the order, excluding the delivery fee.
• "First-order bonus (points)": 50 points on the first order.
• "Points expire after (months, 0 = never)": 12 months, or zero for points that never expire.

Points are earned on paid orders only, and if an order is refunded, the points it earned are taken back.

Tiers

Every customer starts at Bronze and moves up with the points they’ve earned overall: for example Silver from 1,000 points with 25% extra points, and Gold from 5,000 points with 50% extra. The customer gets a congratulations message on WhatsApp at each new tier.

Redeeming as store credit

You set the reward, for example 500 points = SAR 25 in store credit. The customer redeems with the "Redeem points" button in the points message once they have enough for a reward, or your staff redeems from the customer’s profile. The credit is used on their next order.

What your team sees

On the customer’s profile and next to the chat: the points balance, the tier and the latest activity, so your staff know who they’re talking to.
