A fee on each card payment

A small share of each mada or card payment through Moyasar, set by your plan and taken from the payment itself. Moyasar’s processing fee is separate, and cash on delivery carries no platform fee.

Supply requests

Supply request fee: SAR 50 including VAT per request, paid once when you send the request (or when you accept a re-order offer, which sends one).

How it works

  • You request a product from the supply page; the Supply Desk finds suppliers and sends you their quotes.
  • Each quote has an expiry. When you accept one, the others close, and only that supplier receives your business name and contact details.
  • You buy from the supplier and pay them directly. A3malak isn’t a party to the sale and doesn’t guarantee quality or delivery.

When the fee is refunded

  • You cancel before sourcing starts: full refund.
  • The Supply Desk declines the request before sourcing: full refund.
  • No quote can be provided: full refund.
  • After sourcing has started (including once quotes are delivered): not refunded.
  • Prices are in Saudi riyals and exclude 15% VAT, which is added on the invoice. Every charge comes with an invoice from us.
  • WhatsApp messaging fees are billed by Meta directly; card processing and courier fees are billed by those providers.
  • Reaching a limit offers the next plan first, then the matching add-on; there are no overage fees.
  • You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Upgrades apply at once for the price difference; downgrades at the end of the period.

Questions about payment and your subscription

Do I need a card for the trial?

Yes. Your bank verifies it and nothing is charged. The first charge is on day 7 unless you cancel, and we remind you two days before with the amount and the date.

How do I cancel?

In one tap from Settings. During the trial nothing is charged; after it, cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Are WhatsApp messages included?

Replies within 24 hours of a customer’s message are free on Meta’s side. Template messages such as campaigns are charged by Meta to your Meta account, and we show you the estimated cost before you send.

What if I can’t connect?

We help you step by step. If you try and still can’t connect within 14 days of your first payment, we refund your first subscription payment in full and close the account.

Do you support cash on delivery?

Yes, alongside mada and cards, and we take no fee on it.
