How to find a wholesale supplier for your store’s products

From Supply requests in A3malak you describe the product and quantity; the Supply Desk looks for suppliers and sends you their quotes to compare. If you accept one, you buy from the supplier and pay them directly; A3malak isn’t a party to the sale and doesn’t guarantee quality or delivery.

How it works

1. Open Supply → New request, or press "Request supply" on a product that’s running low and the request fills in from it.
2. Enter the item, quantity and delivery city, and add a photo or specs if you like.
3. The Supply Desk looks for suppliers and sends you quotes; each quote is valid for a set time.
4. Compare the quotes: price, minimum order, lead time and delivery terms.
5. If you accept one, your business name and contact go to that supplier only, and you agree the purchase and payment directly.

What you pay us

A fixed request fee shown before you submit (currently SAR 50 including VAT, see Pricing), charged once: when you submit a request, or when you accept a re-order offer. It’s refunded in full if you cancel before sourcing starts, if the Supply Desk declines before sourcing, or if no quote can be given. It isn’t refunded once sourcing has started.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell you the product or take its payment: the sale is between you and the supplier.
• We don’t guarantee product quality or delivery dates, so ask for a sample or check the terms before you buy.

Re-ordering is easier

Turn on "Re-order offers" for a product you buy often, and the Supply Desk sends you an offer with the quantity and last price when its stock gets close to the threshold.
