How to send a mada payment link on WhatsApp
In A3malak the payment link is created from the order itself and sent in the chat; the customer pays with mada, Visa or Mastercard through Moyasar. Once paid, the order updates on its own, so you don’t need a screenshot from the customer or a look at your bank statement.
Before your first link
Switch on card payments once, under Settings → Orders & delivery → Card payments: submit your business details and the IBAN you’ll be paid out to for review. Once our team activates the account, you can send links.
The steps
- Build the order in the chat: products, any discount, the delivery fee.
- Press "Send payment link". If the AI assistant prepared the order, the button is "Approve and send payment link".
- The customer opens a payment page with your store’s name and their order summary, and pays.
- The payment shows on the order, so you can start preparing it.
What about cash on delivery?
It’s available alongside mada and cards, and we take no fee on it.
The invoice
Once your account is connected to Fatoora, switch on automatic issuing in Settings (it’s off by default), and a ZATCA-compliant e-invoice is issued with every paid order.
Common questions
What does a card payment cost?
A small share of each mada or card payment through Moyasar, set by your plan and taken from the payment itself. Moyasar’s processing fee is separate, and cash on delivery has no platform fee. Details per plan are on the pricing page.
Can I see who paid and who didn’t?
Yes. Every order has a payment status, and unpaid orders show on Home under "Pending payments".
